Order first. Then leverage. Meet Sol.

Sol came to me in January 2025 already doing about 25 deals a year. She didn’t have a production problem. She had a systems problem, a time problem, and a boundaries problem, and she was carrying all three in her head.

We spent the first stretch on order: who owns what, where it’s recorded, what happens next. Only after that did we add leverage. I built her an AI assistant named Aura, and because the foundation was there, Aura actually had something to run.

In the six months after we started, she closed 17 deals while taking vacations and traveling. The number isn’t the point. The point is what kept happening while she was away.

That fall we took a world-school trip to Uruguay together, a trip we earned by getting everything in order. The Leverage Year was born on that trip, and Sol was one of its first members.

Out of our work came the AI-Powered Back Office cohort, which Sol now leads with me. The next cohort starts in January. If you want to see how an AI assistant fits a real estate business before you build one, join the waitlist and you’ll hear first.
