I'm Sheena. I help you carry less.
I spent over 25 years in real estate, and since 2019 I have been the operator behind the agents. I look at how your business actually runs, name what is heavy, and help you build systems you can use and hand off.
The honest version
I was never the top producer. I was the operator.
I have held a license in three states, run a property management company, and worked beside investors, brokers, and busy agents. What I kept seeing was the same thing: good agents closing real business, with every date, promise, and follow-up living in their head.
So I stopped selling and started building the back office instead. In 2019 I founded The Leverage Co., and I have helped hundreds of agents get organized since.
I don't hand you a system and disappear. We start with the tools you already pay for, nothing ships without your approval, and when we finish, you keep everything.

Outside the office
Wife, mom, and a farm girl on weekends.
I live in Virginia with my husband, Vince, and our family. Our family farm is my weekend sanctuary, and my faith shapes how I lead and how I build. I believe in a life you don't need a vacation from, and I help agents build businesses that allow for one.
