Balance is the first thing to go. LaTerria, a Licensed Realtor® from Baton Rouge, Louisiana, is a 9-5 social worker with a full family schedule. Adopting a more scheduled tactical approach was sorely needed.
I was fortunate to get started with LaTerria when she was about to change her brokerage and systems, and I could assist her from a fresh standpoint with her new beginning. She required structure in her time and flexibility, so I began with time management from the start.

We conducted an in-depth audit of time availability and built a time-blocked timetable that would allow LaTerria to stay on track with her priorities while also allowing her to accomplish other things.
