How Realtor Noel Collier Doubled Her Business with The Leverage Co.

Introduction

Noel Collier is a real estate agent who works in Houston, Texas. She serves customers wanting to purchase or sell a house as a residential realtor. Noel also works with investors interested in adding properties to their real estate investment portfolio, either as a rental property or a home flip.

Challenges

Like most real estate agents, Noel found it difficult to find the time to handle the day-to-day operations of her firm as well as marketing and sales. She spent most of her time traveling from one listing appointment to the next, since she was servicing eight Houston counties. This made it impossible for her to handle certain parts of her business since she didn't have access to a computer or the time to get it done.

In the past, Noel had teamed up with a virtual assistant firm in the Philippines to try and simplify her day-to-day operations. However, she was disappointed by the lack of progress.

“It just wasn’t a good fit,” she noted. “There were a lot of communication barriers I didn’t expect. I also realized I needed someone who could tackle tasks on their own, and unfortunately, the virtual assistant I was working with needed a lot of direction.”

Noel was searching for someone who could handle the behind-the-scenes work so she could focus on her financial success. In addition, she wanted to improve her company's efficiency and establish procedures and processes to help it operate more smoothly. She also wanted to develop marketing strategies and put them into action.

Solutions

In early 2019, she was at her wit's end, so she contacted Sheena Gilreath, Online Business Manager and CEO of The Leverage Co., who assisted in determining the business's desired outcomes for each procedure. From there, Sheena developed and fine-tuned each process, outlining them in Asana, a project management tool, to make the client management process more manageable.

These processes include:

  • Buyer and Seller Leads

  • Buyer Consultations

  • Drip Campaigns

  • Listing Coordination

  • Client Care

The Leverage Co. also oversaw Noel's transaction coordinator, ensuring agreements were signed and in order.

The team at The Leverage Co. is an expert at developing processes and methods to enhance productivity and project management.

The Leverage Company stepped in to boost her social media presence and handle several other marketing tasks for her company. These activities include branded marketing materials, email campaigns, coordinating events, and nurturing leads. In addition, Sheena assisted Noel in keeping her client list and growing her company.

Results

At the start of 2019, Noel's objective was to complete two monthly deals. Since teaming up with The Leverage Co. in February, Noel has significantly exceeded that goal. By July, she was regularly closing six deals each month and had risen to the top producing agent in her company. She expects to finish 2019 with around 50 transactions, double her original objective.

The Leverage Co. also developed and implemented procedures to help Noel's day-to-day operations run more smoothly. Each procedure was carefully planned, making it simple for Noel to keep track of each client relationship's development.

She believes this will be especially useful if she recruits a new team member. “If I do bring in a full-time administrative assistant, they’ll know what each step of my processes are, and there will be little to no learning curve because we’ve already put systems in place,” she said.

Noel is ecstatic with the results she's gotten since working with The Leverage Company. When asked what new clients can anticipate from The Leverage Co., she responded, "Complete business transformation."
