Your implementation credit
Book your Implementation Sprint within 14 days of your Systems Map session and $497 of your initial $997 investment applies toward the build. This is a one-time implementation credit, not a refund. The Systems Sprint is always purchased first.

Can I skip the Systems Sprint and go straight to implementation?
No. Every build starts with a Systems Map. It establishes the scope, decisions and responsibilities needed before implementation.
Do I have to purchase implementation?
No. Your $997 Systems Sprint is a standalone strategy engagement. You keep your Systems Map whether or not you choose the build.
How exactly does the $497 credit work?
Book one Implementation Sprint within 14 days of your Systems Map session, and $497 of your initial Systems Sprint investment is credited toward the implementation fee. If you do not book within that window, the full implementation price applies. The credit is not a refund or cash payment.
Will you make me buy new software?
No new apps are part of our standard approach. We use the tools you already have, and confirm their capabilities during the Systems Sprint.
What CRMs do you support?
Tell us your CRM when you book. We confirm it works before any build begins, and if it doesn't, you still keep your Systems Map.
What if I want more than one system?
Each Implementation Sprint covers one track. A second track requires a second separately scoped Sprint. CRM builds include up to 15 workflows and 40 email/text templates; additional workflows are priced per piece.
Who approves changes before launch?
You do. In Week 3, you review and approve every piece before it goes live. We finish with a walkthrough, Run Sheet and named owner, plus a 30-day run check.
Will someone need access to my accounts?
Yes, implementation may require appropriate access to your existing tools. We'll confirm access needs and complete applicable confidentiality and AI-assisted-work consents before account work begins.
