A private strategy experience should feel clear before you ever book it.
Is this a coaching session or done-for-you implementation?
CEO Clarity Day is a private strategy experience. We'll assess your business and identify clear priorities, but it does not include building or installing systems for you. Implementation can be discussed separately if needed.
Do I need to have a team already?
No. We'll look at your current capacity and determine what should stay with you, what could be simplified, and what could eventually be delegated.
What should I prepare?
After booking, you'll complete a prep form. Bring your goals, an honest picture of your current week, and any questions that are keeping you stuck.
Do I need to purchase implementation afterward?
No. CEO Clarity Day is designed to stand alone. You will leave with decisions and a personalized direction you can begin using yourself. Additional support is optional and discussed separately.
Will I receive anything after our call?
Yes. Your experience includes personalized planning deliverables and a Notion resource hub containing your recap, tools, and templates, plus 72 hours of Google Chat follow-up for questions.
Is the experience virtual?
Yes. It's a private, three-hour virtual session with breaks and reflection moments built into the experience. Sessions are scheduled during the workday.
What happens if I need more support afterward?
You'll leave knowing your next best steps. If a systems build or another engagement makes sense, we can discuss it separately without pressure.
